Digital Time Communications (DTC) designed and led the full-scale communications strategy for the EU-funded BRACE Programme, implemented by the Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN). This national visibility campaign showcased the impact of community empowerment, participatory governance, and rural development across 10 underserved districts of Balochistan.
